Print-file specifications:
- Portable Document Format (.pdf) only
- Minimum of 150 ppi and you want to print an image in an area that is 10 inches wide, by 20 inches high multiply 300 pixels x 10 inches (300 x 10 = 3000). Your image must be at least 3000 pixels wide by 6000 pixels high.
You may choose from these design services during checkout. If a project goes over the selected time, customer will be charged for the actual time required. If a project is likely to go over the selected service, we will let you know before incurring any additional costs.

- Custom Design (8-11 Hours). Layout & Typesetting. Photo editing (includes cropping, color adjusting, & cloning).
12+ Hours photos used (must be provided by customer). Complex layered design. An estimate will be provided and invoiced before services begin.
Are your Lightboxes certified?
These Lightboxes include UL and CE-certified components to ensure safety and compliance.
What type of fabric printing do you use?
We print directly by sublimation. We use water-based dye-sub inks, which are environment friendly, it doesn’t have any smells (unlike UV inks) and can be used in every space.
How long will it take to produce my SEG Fabric order?
- < 300 SF – 72 hours (3 working days) after artwork proof sign-off
- < 1000 SF – 5 working days after artwork proof sign-off
- > 1000 SF – ask your Sales Representative.
